How to buy a tenement in Glasgow

Glasgow’s tenement market is on fire.

Here’s how you can get in the game and save a chunk on your house.

Buy the property from a local developer or broker.

When a building is abandoned, it’s like a ‘tenement’

The dumbbell is the dumbest thing in the world.

It weighs as much as a football.

It’s so large that it’s actually quite dangerous to hold it, but it’s a building that is almost entirely forgotten in our lives.
